Refund & Return Policy

At Plytra, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your experience. Please read our policy carefully, as all sales are considered final except under the conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is incorrect due to an error on our part.

  • The item arrives damaged during transit (photo proof required).

  • The order never arrives within the maximum delivery window covered by our shipping partners.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed missing.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, or factors outside our control.

  • Customer regret, dissatisfaction with results, or “change of mind” purchases.

  • Opened, used, or tampered products (due to the sanitary nature of our items).

  • Shipping costs (all shipping fees are non-refundable).

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the fragile and sanitary nature of our products — especially natural Batana Oil and related items — we do not accept returns or exchanges once products have shipped. This policy ensures product safety, freshness, and quality for every customer.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun or the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at within 14 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and a photo. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Plytra, we work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver your order as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping terms carefully before purchasing.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.

  • Once processing is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard delivery to the United States and Canada is usually 7–21 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to customs inspections, shipping carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Plytra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the carrier directly for claims.

  • If your order is significantly delayed or does not arrive within the maximum delivery window, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

International Orders

  • While our primary focus is North America, we do ship internationally where possible. Customers are responsible for any customs delays, duties, or restrictions in their country.
